电动车永磁无刷直流电机制动及储能的研究

摘    要:本文对永磁无刷直流电机从电动运行过渡到回馈制动运行的整个过程进行了分析,并且对电容存储的能量进行计算和推导。分析表明:回馈制动可以设置适当的占空比,利用电感的升压作用,向直流侧回馈能量。通过Matlab/Simulink仿真和实验验证了回馈制动方式的特点。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the whole operating process from driving to regenerative braking for PMDCM, and calculates the storage energy of capacitance. Analysis shows that regenerative braking may return energy by setting proper duty ratio and boost inductance action. Besides the characteristics of regenerative braking mode are validated by simulation of Matlab/simulink software and experiment.
