摘    要:基于矢量控制原理,介绍永磁同步电机参数测量的一种新方法。该方法利用dq坐标系上永磁同步电机的数学模型,以及处于矢量控制下,同步电机电枢磁场和永磁磁场之间的关系,借助于同步伺服系统实现永磁同步电机相关参数的测量,解决了永磁同步电机参数测量的难题。利用矢量控制情况下,电机启动制动过程中速度的线性变化过程,测量电机转子的转动惯量,为电机控制系统的数学建模与仿真分析奠定了基础。所提出的方法,不需要特殊的仪器和特别的测试要求,因而很适用于永磁同步电机参数的现场测量。

Abstract:Based on vector control principle, a new method on measuring the parameters of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) was proposed. Using the mathematical model of PMSM in the dq reference frame as well as the relationship of the armature magnetic field and the permanent magnetic field of PMSM under vector control, the measure of some parameters of PMSM was realized, with the help of synchronous servo system, and the difficult problem of measuring parameters of PMSM was solved. By examining the linear speed movement of motor starting and breaking process under vector control, the moment of inertia of motor was measured, and the foundation of mathematical modeling and simulation of motor control system was established. Since no especial apparatus or particular test requirement was demanded, the presented new method was very much applicable in parameter measure of PMSM on the spot.
