摘    要:本文提出一种改进的倍流整流方式零电压开关PWM全桥变换器(CDR ZVS PWM FB变换器),它在基本的CDR ZVS PWM FB变换器的变压器原边串入一个阻断电容,保留了基本变换器可在很宽负载范围内实现开关管的ZVS和输出整流管自然换流的优点,同时对变压器的漏感没有严格要求。本文分析了改进变换器的工作原理,讨论了超前管和滞后管各自实现ZVS的特点,并通过一个540W的原理样机验证改进变换器的工作原理,论文最后给出实验结果。

Abstract:Current-Doubler-Rectifier Zero-Voltage-Switching PWM Full-Bridge converter (CDR ZVS PWM FB converter) achieves ZVS for the switches in a wide load range with the use of the energy stored in the output filter inductances, and the rectifier diodes commute naturally. However the leakage inductance of the transformer should be very small, which needs special manufacture method to produce the transformer. To overcome this drawback, this paper proposes an improved CDR ZVS PWM FB converter, in which a blocking capacitor is introduced in series with the primary winding. The operation principle of the improved converter is analyzed, the ZVS achievement is discussed. A 540W prototype converter is built in the lab to verify the operation principle of the improved converter, the experimental results are also included in this paper.
