摘    要:本文对新型硅能蓄电池进行了试验研究,通过对阀控式密封免维护硅能蓄电池与阀控式密封免维护铅酸蓄电池进行了对比试验,进行了蓄电池的自放电特性、大电流放电特性、快速充电特性、电压恢复特性、温升特性、内阻特性对比试验,本文对试验结果进行了较详细的分析研究,硅能蓄电池在各方面均优于铅酸蓄电池,解决了长期以来铅酸蓄电池的“热失效”问题。试验结果分析表明:硅能蓄电池的总体性能明显优于铅酸蓄电池。本文也为用户合理地选用硅能蓄电池提供了真实的试验数据。

Abstract:silicon energy battery is studied in this paper. The respective self-discharge, large current charge and discharge characteristic, quick charge, voltage rebuild, temperature and internal impedance characteristic are researched by contrastive test between the valve-regulated sealed maintain-free silicon energy battery and the valve- regulated sealed maintain-free lead-acid battery. The detailed analysis report for test is presented. The silicon battery avoids the heat failure of the lead-acid battery that is long-standing. The experimental results show that the whole performance of the silicon battery is distinctly better than that of the lead-acid battery. This paper also provides test data for end user to select silicon battery in reason.
