高功率因数Boost PWM整流器建模分析

摘    要:讨论了有源功率因数校正器(APFC)的瞬态建模分析,应用Tellegen瞬时功率守恒定理建立单相和三相高功率因数(UPF)Boost PWM整流器的低频模型。忽略二阶小项, 得到小信号扰动下的时域线性方程。应用拉氏变换可得UPF Boost PWM整流器电压环开环的传递函数, 它含有右半平面(RHP)零点, 属于非最小相位系统。单相UPF Boost PWM整流器的RHP零点是时变的, 三相系统的RHP零点则是非时变的。以三相UPF Boost PWM整流器为例,讨论了非最小相位系统中控制器的一种频域设计方法。

Abstract:The modeling and analysis of the active power factor corrector(APFC) are discussed.Using the instantaneous power conservation(Tellegen theorem) the low frequency small signal models of the single and three phase unity power factor (UPF) Boost PWM rectifiers are established neglecting the high order items.The open-loop transfer functions of the UPF Boost PWM rectifiers are also derived,which contain right half plane (RHP)zeros.The RHP zero of the single phase UPF Boost rectifier is time variant, but the RHP zero of the three phase UPF Boost rectifier is time invariant. A design approach in frequency domain of the controller for a three phase UPF Boost PWM rectifier is presented.
