一种新型的隔离型ZVS Boost变换器研究

摘    要:提出了一种新型的隔离型ZVS Boost变换器电路,该电路将两个相移 控制的Boost变换器通过变压器隔离输出,利用LCD电路实现功率管的零电压关断,具有变压器结构简单,输入电流纹波小,效率高等优点。分析了电路的工作原理,给出了电路的参数设计方案。28V输入,48V输出,300W实验样机效率达到了92.4%。

Abstract:In this paper a novel ZVS isolated Boost converter is presented. This converter is employed the LCD snubbers and coupled winding in boost inductance, the switches can realize zero voltage turn off and the surge voltage of switch is low. The converter features simple transformer structure, low input current ripple and high efficiency. It is very suit for low-to-high voltage conversion circuit. The principle of this converter is analyzed in details. Simulation and experimental results in that the novel converter is feasible.
