摘    要:论述了PFC技术在电力电子装置中的重要性,讨论了典型的三相PFC拓扑及其控制策略,介绍了最新研究进展和发展趋势。本文主要涉及软开关技术、SVM控制策略和单周控制器等在三相PFC中的应用。通过单周控制器在VIENNA整流器拓扑中的应用验证结果,展示了单片三相PFC控制芯片集成的可行性。

Abstract:Classical topologies and controls for three-phase power factor correction are discussed. Remarkable new developments and recent trends are introduced. Such techniques as soft-switching,space vector modulation scheme and Unified constant-frequency Integration Control based on one-cycle control are included in the paper. It is shown, from an example verification by the UCI controller applied to VIENNA rectifier, that single-chip controllers for three-phase PFC may be expected.
