恒频PWM型零电流开关准谐振变换器分析、设计及电路实验

摘    要:对传统的零电流开关准谐振变换器电路加以改进,通过引入辅助开关,使准谐振变换器工作在恒频PWM方式下。改进后的变换器,其滤波电路及高频变压器的体积明显减少,开关功率管及二极管的工作条件,以及变换器的负载调整特性等均得到明显的改善。文中对变换器的工作原理、输出特性、电路参数设计等给出了详细的介绍,一台150kHZ、25V/75W变换器的电路实验证实了改进后变换器所具有的优点。

Abstract:A novel constant frequency switching PWM converter is presented. To make type of converter, it is necessary to add an auxiliary circuit in to a conventional zero current switching converter. As a result, the size and the volume of the filtering circuit and the transformer are obviously reduced, as well as operating conditions of the main switches and load regulation characteristics are greatly improved. The operational principle, output characteristics and parameter design of the converter are discussed in detail. Advantages of this modified converter are verified in a circuit experiment of constant frequency zero current switching PWM converter of 150kHz, 25V/75W.
