虚拟生产线模型研究

摘    要:虚拟制造作为新的制造策略引起了广泛重视,实现方法是虚拟制造研究的关键,虚拟生产线是构建虚拟制造系统的基础,研究了虚拟生产线模型,对生产进行了层次化,模块化分解,面向对象方法是实现虚拟生产线系统的有效工具,利用对象表达与实现了设备,工件,事件的虚拟模型,开发出一个虚拟生产线实例模型,该模型可以表达物理生产线的基本功能。

Abstract:Virtual production line has become increasingly necessary as a useful tool to survive in a world made more and more competitive by globalization and individualized consumption. We aim to explore how to implement a virtual production line and illustrate our ideas by implementing the model of a relatively simple virtual production line. We employed object oriented technology as the implementation approach. We employed a six module framework: (1) simulation manager, (2) virtual equipment, (3) task management, (4) model database, (5) analysis engine and (6) VR-user Interface. We used three types of object class in production line: two for component (equipment class, and workpiece class) and one for activity process (event class). Fig.3 shows the model of a relatively simple virtual production line, which consists of two CNC machines, a transmission belt, two robot arms and one 3 coordinate measuring machine. It is capable of simulating all the basic operations in a real production line.
