321不锈钢冶炼与连铸工艺研究与实践

摘    要:由于321不锈钢需加入Ti作为稳定化元素,使得该钢种在连铸过程中存在水口堵塞、结晶器内“结鱼”、板坯表面质量差等问题,特别在采用低成本的高硫高磷含镍生铁作为原料组织生产时,问题尤为严重。针对上述情况,宝钢不锈钢公司通过堵塞物和“结鱼”的实验室分析,解析了产生上述问题的原因,生产过程中设定了Ti、N、O等关键控制项,初步解决了321钢种浇铸过程中的工艺问题,保证了产品的质量。

Abstract:As a stabilizing element, Ti is added into stainless steel 321, which leading to nozzle clogging, mold"floater" and poor surface quality of the slab during continuous casting process. The situation is more serious when the low cost nickel-bearing pig iron with high sulfur and high phosphorus contents is employed as raw material. To solve the problems, laboratory analysis for nozzle clogging and mold "floater" was made by Baosteel stainless steel company. The key factors of Ti, N and O during production process was set, and the problems during steel casting process was basically solved, thus the product quality was guaranteed.
