| 摘 要： | 发挥市场在配置资源中的决定性作用、深化财税体制改革、加快生态文明制度建设、构建开放型经济新体制等是全面深化改革对铁矿产业发展的新要求。维护国家经济利益和国民经济产业安全、夯实钢铁产业转型升级和提高竞争力的基础、充分体现生态文明建设精神和珍惜矿产资源的原则、加强矿产资源综合利用、建设安全和谐的矿山等是铁矿行业中长期发展规划编制的核心宗旨和理念。通过发挥行业协会作用,提升铁矿行业战略地位,推动管理创新,挖掘企业内部潜力,优化产业组织结构等措施,开创铁矿生产开发新局面。

| Abstract: | The comprehensively deepening reforms raise new requirements for development of iron ore industry including market decisive role of resources allocation, deepening reform of fiscal and taxation, accelerated foundation of ecological civilization and construction of open economic system. The medium-long term development plan of the iron ore industry will be prepared with core idea and philosophy represented by following aspects such as security of national economic interests, rigid foundation of transformation and upgrading and improvement of competitive power of the steel sector, ecological civilization construction, treasure of mineral resources, improvement of comprehensive utilization of mineral resources, construction of safe and harmonic mining etc. The new phase of iron ore production and exploitation can be created by means of full play of the role of industrial associations, advancement of strategic position of the iron ore sector, promotion of management innovation, development of interior potential and optimization of organization structure. |
