纳米复合涂饰剂的组分--纳米SiO2溶胶的制备

摘    要:以碱为催化剂采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米SiO2溶胶,对制备过程中影响溶胶性能的各种因素进行了探讨;用红外光谱、透射电镜对纳米SiO2溶胶进行检测,并在纳米SiO2溶胶与丙烯酸树脂复合后,对丙烯酸树脂和纳米复合涂饰剂膜进行了DSC、耐水性和耐溶剂性测定.结果表明制备溶胶的较优条件为混合试剂的滴加速度为20滴/min,高速机械作用下,加入长碳链阳离子表面活性剂.与丙烯酸树脂膜比较,复合涂饰剂膜的耐水性提高了55.94%,耐溶剂性提高了55.41%.

Abstract:Nano-SiO 2 was prepared by the sol gel reaction from tetraethoxysilane(TEOS) catalyzed with alkali A lot of effected factors were determined during the preparation FT IR and TEM were used to characterize the structure of nano SiO 2 particles The film of acrylic resin and acrylic resin/SiO 2 nano composite were determined with DSC, water absorption and resistance to solvent The conditions of preparation of nano SiO 2 sol were got Besides, the resistance to water of acrylic resin films were improved by 55 94%, and the resistance to solvent were improved by 55 41%
