| 摘 要： | 采用硬度测量,宏观断口检查,金相组织分析,断口电镜扫描等实验手段,对化工厂PTA结晶器搅拌轴断裂事故进行失效分析,得出该搅拌轴断裂失效是疲劳和腐蚀综合作用的结果。

| Abstract: | In the paper,analyzed the failure cause of agitating shaft fracturing accident in chemical plant PTA crystallizer by means of hardness measurement,macro fracture examination,metallurgical structure analysis,and EM scanning of the fracture.The test results shown that the failure cause of agitating shaft fracturing was the synthesized action of fatigue and corrosion. |
