镗铣加工中心回转工作台的电控研究

摘    要:结合具体机床,介绍了镗铣加工中心回转工作台的工作过程及电气控制,通过对系统程序变量L及外部参数E的应用,详细阐述了工作台夹紧时自动调用子程序的控制,解决了鼠牙盘结构回转工作台落下时的角度修正问题,说明以变量进行编程,并经过控制系统内置PLC的信号采集及处理,可以完成较为复杂的机床电气控制。
