| 摘 要： | 结合工作实践,对建筑企业面临的内部、外部压力进行了分析,阐述了国内外学者关于核心竞争力的核心观点,并探讨了企业核心竞争力的评价方法,指出只有对建筑企业核心竞争力进行培育,才能构建建筑企业的竞争优势。

| Abstract: | Combined with the work practice,it analyses the in internal and external pressure that architectural enterprise facing,represents the core views of the scholar in and out of abroad on the core competition,discusses the appraisal method of the core competition of enterprise,and points out that only culturing the core competition of architectural enterprise can it build the competitive optimum of architectural enterprise. |
