摘    要:以中国石化工程建设公司(SEI)在深化改革中建立完善绩效考核机制的实践为基础,通过对绩效考核计划制定、指标确定、程序设定、结果评定的论述,阐述了绩效考核对于企业建立现代企业制度、加强人力资源开发管理的重要意义,从而推进员工绩效考核、管理的深入开展,达到促进企业稳定发展和提高员工素质的目的。

Abstract:Based on practice of establishing and perfecting PES in deepened reform in SEI, through statement of PE plan making, target determination, program set up, result assessment, elaborated importance of PE for enterprises to establish modern enterprise system, strengthen HR development and management, thus promoting development and management of employee PE, fulfilling target of promoting enterprise developing stably and improving employee quality.
