摘    要:本文研讨基于AT89C51单片机油水界面检测仪的设计方法,介绍了系统硬件设计和软件设计,阐述了分段传感器的工作原理和该油水界面检测仪的工作原理。单机工作时,单片机处理数据,通过LED显示出油水界面的位置。并控制外设实现储油罐的自动放水。设计了串行通信接口以便进行系统的扩展,以实现PC机的集中控制。

Abstract:This article introduces a design method of a device detecting Oil-water Interface, which based on AT89C51 MCU. The design of the system's hardware and software is introduced,and the working principles of Divided-into-segments sensor and device of detecting water-oil interface are elaborated. When the MCU works alone, the MCU processes data and the position of water-oil's interface is shown on LED. The MCU controls the outside equipments which make the water flow out from the oil tank automatically. The serial communication connection is designed in order to carry on the system expansion and realize the concentrate control by PC.
