| 摘 要： | 选取多种活性物质进行组合,利用正交实验设计方法对涂料的配方进行优化,研制出LT渗透结晶型防水涂料。经测试LT涂料的各项性能指标,均已达到或超过了GB18445—2001标准要求,并与国外具有代表性的同类产品Penetron401涂料进行了防水性能对比,表明LT涂料的防水性能不低于Penetron401产品,完全可以取代同类进口产品。

| Abstract: | LT eement-hased permeable crystallization type waterproof coating has heen developed hy combination of a great variety of seleeted aetive materials.using orthogonal experimental design method to optimize the formula of the coating.The test shows that all performance index of LT coating have reached or exeeeded GB 18445-2001 standard. Comparisons on waterpnroofness with overseas typical produets of the same kind Penetron 401 coating indicate that the waterproofness of LT coating is not lower than that of Penetron 401 product and it ean absolutely substitute similar imported produets. |
