| 摘 要： | 逆向工程采用逆向方法进行模具设计与制造,能够缩短产品开发周期、提高产品质量,并可建立自己的设计制造体系。介绍了某零件的压铸模逆向制造方法及过程,阐述了逆向工程的基本理念及逆向工程技术在模具制造过程中所发挥的重要作用。

| Abstract: | The reverse manufacturing process of a die-casting die for the main part of RUS was presented.The principle and effect of reverse engineering technique in the manufacturing process of dies were discussed.A special system for the design and manufacture of dies and moulds can be established by applying the technique,the development circle can be shortened and the product quality be upgraded. |
