Through analysing the various data of powder electo-static spraying process test, coating performance test, and firing practice test etc.for gun ammunition belt link, this article verifies the feasibility of powder spraying of the ammunition belt link. The powder spraying process is considered not only to raise the corrosion resistance of ammunition belt link, simplify the operations and enhance the economic benifit, but also hold some practical significance for improving the logistics of army and increasiag its fighting power.
