| 摘 要： | 分析了铆焊头零件成形工艺性，设计了一副多工位级进模和自动送料机构。实践证明，该级进模结构合理，送料机构使用灵活、可靠，生产出的冲压件精度高，质量好，满足大批量生产要求。

Design of Multi-Position Progressive Die for the Welding Head |

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the forming multi-position progressive die and automatic process of welding head parts, and designed a feed mechanism. Practice has proved that the progressive die reasonable structure, feed use of flexible, reliable and produce high-precision stamping parts, good quality and meet high-volume production requirements. |
