摘    要:介绍了南阳汉冶特钢有限公司利用自主研发的水冷模,通过成分设计、轧制工艺和热处理工艺设计,采用100t转炉—模铸—3800mm轧机—热处理的工艺,成功试制出240mm厚塔式起重机用高强度特厚焊接HG785D钢板,该钢板屈服强度达678~686MPa,抗拉强度达768~772MPa,伸长率达17%~20%,-20℃纵向冲击功达189~208J,抗层状撕裂性能达Z35级别,满足了大型塔式起重机的材料设计要求。

Abstract:The 240mm thickness high strength welded structural heavy plate HG785D for tower crane was de- veloped by Nanyang Hanye Special Steel Co. , which was applied its independent developed water-cooled mold, reasonable designs of composition, rolling scheme and heat treatment process. The mechanical properties of yield strength was reached 678 ~ 686MPa, tensile strength was reached 768 ~ 772MPa, extensibility was reached 17%~ 20%, and the compact value at -20℃ was 189 ~ 208J, lamellar tearing resistant property reached Z35 grade.
