摘    要:通过水模试验对电弧炉冶炼过程中熔池内钢水的流动状态进行了分析研究,开发了电弧炉底侧吹工艺技术,成功解决了电弧炉高铁水比冶炼的技术难题,取得了显著效果。

Abstract:Analysed the flow state of the molten steel in the EAF smelting process through water model experiment. Developed the EAF side- bottom blowing process technology, successfully resolved the EAF high molten iron ratio smelting technical difficult problem, ob- tained remarkable result.
