硼微合金化SS400B热轧板卷卷取工艺优化

摘    要:针对通化钢铁股份有限公司试制的SS400B厚规格热轧板卷强度偏高、伸长率较低的问题,分析了卷取温度、冷却模式对板卷性能的影响。结果表明,卷取温度对SS400B热轧板卷力学性能影响明显,随卷取温度的提高,板卷晶粒尺寸增大,屈服强度、抗拉强度显著降低;层流冷却模式能够改善板卷组织性能,延长冷却时间、适当降低冷却速率可以一定程度降低其强度并提高其塑性;在目前成分设计下,采用650~670℃卷取温度和均匀冷却工艺可以保证SS400B板卷获得最佳性能,其屈服强度为340MPa,抗拉强度为500MPa,伸长率为23%。

Abstract:In view of thick gauge SS400B hot rolled coil with higher strength and lower elongation in Tonghua Iron and Steel Co. ,Ltd. , its coiling process and cooling patterns were analyzed. The results show that the coi- ling temperature significantly effects the mechanical properties of products. With the coiling temperature in- creasing, the products grain size are increased and the yield strength, tensile strength are significantly de- creased. Laminar cooling patterns can improve the product mechanical performance, prolong the strip cooling time and appropriate to reduce the cooling rate , the product strength and plastic can be improved. In the cur- rent composition design, using 650 ~ 670 ℃ coiling temperature and uniform cooling process can ensure the SS400B strip to obtain the best performance, the yield strength is 340MPa, the tensile strength is 500MPa, the elongation is 23%.
