黑木耳多糖的微波法提取工艺研究

摘    要:以黑木耳为原料研究了水浴提取法、回流提取法、微波辅助提取法、超声波提取法等提取效果,结果表明微波提取法效果较好。采用单因素和正交试验,探讨微波辅助法提取黑木耳多糖的最佳工艺条件。实验结果:微波处理前水浴浸泡时间30 min、提取溶剂为70%乙醇溶液、NaOH加入量1.0 g、提取时间2 min,微波提取功率为60 W。

Abstract:Taking black fungus as raw material, studied the effect of water bath, reflux, microwave and uhrasonie on the yield of polysaccharide, and microwave showed better effect. Obtained the optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharide from single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment: the time of water bath before microwave treatment was 30 rain, the extraction solvent was 70% ethanol solution, the NaOH dosage was 1.0 g, the extraction time was 2 min and the microwave power was 60 W.
