电弧炉与LF炉电极夹放装置的设计与计算

摘    要:介绍了电弧炉与LF炉液动式电极夹放装置的结构原理及特点,在不同石墨电极直径下的夹紧力计算与取值;简述电极夹放装置的设计合理性对短网系统电阻损耗的影响,及对电弧炉系统正常冶炼造成的危害,提出了设训‘合理性要点。以LF一100t精炼炉工程为例,阐述了液动式电极夹放装置的设计与计算。

Abstract:The working principle and structural features of hydraulic clamping devices of electrode for EAF and LF, as well as the cal- culation of clamping force and value choosing for different diameter electrodes are to be described in detail in this article. Effect of rational design of clamping device of electrode on the power loss by resistance for high current system and hazard to the normal melting process of electric furnaces are to be introduced in brief too. Advanced some critical points for structural design, and at last, take the lOOt LF as examples, the engineering calculation and design for hydraulic clamping device of electrode are to be described.
