2006年煤炭经济运行评析

“十一五”开局的2006年,煤炭经济运行“开门红”。煤炭供应保证了国家经济和社会发展的需求,产量、销量、库存、价格变化幅度都不大,煤矿安全生产状况明显好转,成本向合理化方向变化,煤炭经济平稳增长。特别是国家出台了一系列煤炭新政策:开始煤炭可持续发展政策试点,扩大煤炭有偿使用试点和调整煤炭进出口税率等。这些新政策为“十一五”的煤炭经济发展提出了科学发展、和谐发展的方向和路径。以此为标志,我国煤炭经济进入理性调整期,2007年煤炭经济运行将在理性调整中取得新成效。

Analysis on China's Economic Operation of Coal Industry in 2006

The year of 2006 as the first year for the 11^th Five-Year Plan has witnessed the vigorous beginning on economic operation of coal industry. It was demonstrated by how the coal supply met the demand of national economic and social development, the output-sales and stock volume as well as the price remained stable, coalmine safety turned for the better noticeably and the sound increment of coal economy was achieved with the rational cost. In particular, the central government has already promulgated a series of new policies on coal industry including pilot spot for policy implementation of sustainable development, and outstretch program of coal use in a payable way, as well as adjustment on taxation of coal import and export etc. All of those policies will bring forward the orientation and course of scientific and harmonious development for coal industry, which heralds the beginning of a rational adjustment of coal economy. The year of 2007 will achieve new progress in the economic operation of coal industry.
