恒定功率因数节能方法在VVVF变频调速器中的应用

摘    要:文章简要分析了恒转矩负载在恒定输出频率下调节定子电压可以提高电机效率的原理,同时讨论了采用恒定功率因数节能方法时,保持电机节能运行条件。在模糊控制PID方法基础上,实现了恒定功率因数节能控制。实验结果表明电机在轻载条件下保持适当的恒定功率因数运行时,具有很好的节能效果。

Abstract:As for a constant torque load and constant output frequency,the principle of adjusting stator voltage to improve motor efficiency is analyzed in brief,in addition,when energy saving method of constant power factor is used,motor running conditions are discussed. Based on fuzzy control PID,energy saving method of constant power factor is achieved.The results show that keeping proper constant power factor has better energy saving effect in a light load.
