| 摘 要： | 根据对LG110H轧机以往使用状况的分析、结合目前实际使用情况,将LG110H冷轧管机原电机带减速器驱动装置改进为液压马达驱动装置,使得轧机的加料小车具有更好的可靠性、稳定性和易维护性,;且取消了原有装置的电机与减速器的刹车装置以更加节约能源;由以前的大体积布置安装改进为一体式安装以更加节约空间;在动力上以液压作为驱动能源(使用原有的液压站)替代现有的电能源,使设备结构紧凑、能耗更低。

| Abstract: | Based on previous usage analysis for LG110H rolling mill and the current actual usage,the driving device with speed reduction gear in LG110H rolling mil was improved by the hydraulic motor driving device,which makes the feeding car has better reliability,stability and maintenance.Meanwhile the motor on original device and brake apparatus for speed reducer were uninstalled in order to save energy.Conversion from the previous mass installation to integral installation could save space effectively.Replacement ... |
