| 摘 要： | 当前有些投资人的投资管理体系并不完整,存在头重脚轻问题,即将投资管理工作的重心几乎都放在项目前期决策上面,而忽视项目决策后的监管工作,造成项目的实际效益与预期目标相差甚远。本文针对当前投资人存在这种问题进行了剖析,提出强化项目决策后的监管,着力构建完整投资管理体系的思路及对策。

| Abstract: | Nowadays some investors' investment management systems are incomplete,and there exists some problems.Those investors focus on preliminary decision-making for project almost,but neglect the supervision on the post-project decision,resulting in difference between actual benefit and intended target for the project.Such problems existing in those investors were analyzed.Strengthening supervision after project decision-making and building a complete investment management system were proposed in this paper. |
