| 摘 要： | 在跨国并购实施过程中,支付方式的选择恰当与否,关系到并购策略能否顺利实现,甚至决定了并购交易能否成功。对跨国并购中常用的现金支付、股票支付、综合证券支付等并购支付方式进行分析研究,为我国石油企业用科学的理论和方法进行跨国并购支付方式的选择提供借鉴。
