机电一体化设计基于VHDL-AMS的多刚体系统建模与仿真方法

摘    要:机械多体系统动力学建模与仿真是机电一体化集成设计中的难点,通常的作法是采用计算多体系统动力学专用软件建模,求得DAEs形式的运动方程后再转化为集成环境中的统一建模语言.本文采用基于端口的建模模式,构造了基于多端口组件的多刚体系统动力学计算模型,并具体阐述了各组件行为模型的VHDL-AMS描述,从而将多刚体系统纳入基于VHDL-AMS的集成设计和仿真环境中.该文最后,用一个实例进行了具体说明.

Abstract:Modeling and simulation of multi body system dynamics is a difficulty in mechatronics integrated designing environment.Traditionally through multi body domain specific software packet,the DAEs is generated,which is then converted to the uniform modeling language and embedded in the integrated environment.Based on port based modeling paradigm,this paper constructs the Multi Ports Component model for multi body system dynamics,and detailed component behavior model is given adopting VHDL AMS uniform modeling language.At the end,an example is used to demonstrate the main ideas.
