| 摘 要： | 通过具体的、量化的分析方法,阐述吴泾第二发电有限责任公司在确保机组安全运行的基础上,通过对机组实行优化经济运行等一系列管理措施,使2台机组的供电煤耗在3年内降低了14g/kWh,生产成本得到大幅降低,取得了比较显著的经济效益。
