催化裂化装置的能量系统优化

摘    要:运用能量利用系统的“三环节”能量流结构理论,对催化裂化装置的能量系统优化进行探讨。指出了降低催经裂化装置能耗的三大途径,重点分析了催化裂化装置热源(主要是反应油气)与原料预热、吸收稳定再沸器发生蒸汽及气分再沸器等热阱匹配的可行性和工程限制条件,对热源、热阱构成的换热网络优化合成问题进行了探讨,并给出两个应用实例。

Abstract:The optimal energy integration of FCCU was studied through the application of the three links model based energy flow structure theory. Three approaches were pointed out for decreasing the energy consumption of the FCCU. Main influence factors on the energy consumption were analyzed, such as the feasibility and engineering constraints about the compatibility among heat source and heat sinks (feed preheating, reboilers of absorber and stabilizer, steam generating and the reboiler of gas separation unit, etc.). The optimal synthesis of the heat exchanging network was investigated, and two application examples were given.
