酯交换抑制剂对PBT/PC共混体系性能的影响

摘    要:通过对聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯/聚碳酸酯共混物的力学性能、热性能和微观结构的研究.考察了不同种类的酯交换抑制剂对其性能的影响.并进一步分析了酯交换抑制剂磷酸二氢钠的质量分数[ω(NaH2PO4)]对共混体系性能和结构的影响。结果表明,加入NaH2PO4,可以提高共混体系的简支梁缺口冲击强度、断裂伸长率及热稳定性;当ω(NaH2PO4)为0.75%,共混体系可以获得较好的综合性能。

Abstract:The effects of different transesterification inhibitors and their amounts on the mechanical properties, thermal stability and structure of poly(butylene terephthalate)/polycarbonate blend were evaluated. The results show that the addition of sodium biphosphate can raise the simple beam impact strength elongation at break and thermostability of the blend system. When the dosage of sodium biphosphate reaches of mass fraction 0.75%, the blend system can acquire a good comprehensive performance.
