生态型RPC材料的动态力学性能

摘    要:以质量分数为 5 0 %~ 6 0 %的超细工业废渣取代水泥 ,以普通黄砂取代磨细石英砂 ,制备了两个不同配比的生态型RPC材料 ,利用分离式Hopkinson压杆装置研究了应变速率、纤维掺量和基体组成对ECO RPC各项动态力学性能及破坏形态的影响。结果显示 ,生态RPC材料具有应变率强化效应、峰值荷载及破坏应变随应变率的提高而增加。纤维增强的生态RPC材料的各项动态力学性能优于RPC基体 ,且在破坏过程中表现出极大的韧性和延性。多元超细工业废渣的复合效应优化了基体微观结构 ,增强了纤维与基体的界面粘结 ,促进了破坏形态从脆性向韧性的转化。

Abstract:Two types of ecological reactive powder concretes (ECO-RPC) were prepared by substitution of ultra-fine industrial was te for 50%~60% cement by weight and replacement of ground fine quartz sand with natural fine sand. Through Hopkinson bar experiment the effect of strain rate, s teel fiber volume fraction and matrix composition on the dynamic mechanical prop erties and fracture pattern of ECO-RPC were researched.The results showed that ECO-RPC has strain rate strengthen effect. Peak stress and strain at peak stres s increase with the increase of strain rate.The dynamic mechanical prope rties of fiber reinforced ECO-RPC are superior to those of ECO-RPC matrix and ECO-RPC with fiber shows great toughness and ductility during the course of fra cture.The composition effects of ultra-fine industrial waste give benefit for t he matrix micro-structure and strengthen the bond between fiber and matrix so a s to make fracture pattern change from brittleness to toughness.
