| Abstract: | On reviewing theories on the characteristics of entrepreneurs,we discuss the effect on the decision making of entrepreneurship.Considering our special context of institutinal transition economy,we also introduce research on institution and theories on entrepreneur.Then we draw the conclusion that our government should improve the institutional environment for entrepreneurial activity from three dimensions,which are normative,cognitive,and regular institution. |
