摘    要:用湿法纺丝工艺制备出海藻酸钙纤维和纳米氢氧化铝/海藻酸钙复合纤维.用场发射扫描电镜和红外光谱仪表征了两种纤维的表观形态和微观机制,用热重分析仪测试了两种纤维的热稳定性能.研究表明,纳米氢氧化铝已较好地分散到纤维中,且纳米氢氧化铝与海藻酸钙分子之间产生了新的键合作用.TG和DTG测试结果表明,复合纤维的热稳定性要优于海藻...

Abstract:Calcium alginate fiber and nano-aluminum hydroxide/calcium alginate fiber have been prepared by wet spinning process.Field emission scanning electron microscope and the IR of the two fibers showed that nano-aluminum hydroxide particles dispersed in sodium alginate well and formed a package structure,thus the strength of nano-aluminum hydroxide/calcium alginate fibers have been greatly enhanced because of the existence of the nano-alumina hydroxide particles.The thermal stability of the two fibers were chara...
