响应面法优化罗布麻叶黄酮提取工艺的研究

摘    要:研究超声波辅助法提取罗布麻叶黄酮工艺。在乙醇浓度、料液比和超声时间三个单因素实验基础上,通过响应面法优化罗布麻叶黄酮提取条件,利用Box-Behnken设计模型,研究三个自变量对罗布麻叶黄酮产量的影响。结果表明:罗布麻叶黄酮提取的最佳条件为:料液比1∶27(g∶mL),乙醇浓度58%,超声时间38min。在此条件下黄酮产量实测值为38.05mg/g(理论值为38.46mg/g),说明采用响应面法优化得到的提取条件可靠。
