摘 要: | 为了提高缠绕机控制系统的稳定性,设计了采用Modbus通信协议的基于嵌入式运动控制器和工控机的缠绕机主从控制系统。介绍了玻璃钢缠绕机控制系统及其结构原理、Modbus通信协议及其数据传输技术,叙述了在Windows2000系统下利用VisuMC++6.0实现上位机通信程序的实现方法以及下位机通信程序的设计。

Abstract: | In order to enhance the stability of winding machine control system, by adopting Modbus communication protocol, master-slave control system based on embedded motion controller and industrial computer has been designed. The control system and its structure principle diagram of FRP-pipe winding machine are given in this paper. Modbus communication protocol and data transm.ission technology are also described. Under Windows 2000 system, Visual C++6.0 has been employed to realize the communication between host computer and slave computer. |
