基于模糊故障树分析法的装载机液压系统故障诊断系统

摘    要:在故障树分析法的基础上,建立了ZL50G装载机工作液压系统故障树模型,编写了专家系统规则库,确定了优选搜索策略,设计了由知识库和推理机构成的故障诊断模块,并建立起完整的液压故障诊断系统。利用嵌入式技术将该系统在临工ZL50G装载机上进行了实际应用,结果表明:该系统使用简单方便,性能稳定可靠。经过相关改造,该系统也可以在其他相关产品中应用。

Abstract:A fault tree model was built for the fault diagnosis of the wheel loader hydraulic system based on the fuzzy fault tree analysis method.An expert system rules database was compiled,an optimized search strategy was defined,and a fault diagnosis module consisting of a knowledge database and an inference unit was developed.The developed wheel loader hydraulic system fault diagnosis system was embedded into a wheel loader made by Shandong Lingong Construction Machinery Co.,Ltd.The test results show that the developed system is simple and easy to use,reliable and stable,and can be applied in other construction machineries after corresponding refit.
