钼粉雾化干燥造粒要点分析

摘    要:通过离心雾化干燥的方法制备了球形钼粉,根据钼粉造粒工艺过程着重分析了钼粉预处理对造粒钼粉品质的影响,分析了离心盘旋转速度、浆料表面张力、浆料密度、雾化液滴直径等工艺参数的相互联系及造粒钼粉直径取值范围,论述了后续脱胶工艺对杂质排除,尤其是C元素的去除的影响以及高温强化对造粒钼粉最终处理的必要性。

Abstract:The spherical molybdneum powder is prepared by centrifugal atomization drying. The effect of molybdenum powder pre-processing on the quality of granulation molybdenum powder is analyzed according to the processing route. The relationship between the rotation speed of centrifugal disc,slurry surface tension,slurry density and the diameter of atomization droplet are discussed. And the granulation molybdenum powder size range is determined by the relationship. Then the effect of debond processing on getting ride of impurities,especially the element of C is provided. Finally,the necessity of high temperature strengthening the granulation molybdenum powder is shown.
