摘    要:本文介绍了粉末压片制样-X射线荧光光谱法对钼铁中钼含量测定的检测方法。文中采用钼铁样品与微晶纤维素、硬脂酸按一定的质量比混匀并细磨后采用硼酸镶边-衬底技术进行样品制备。选用生产用普通系列样品绘制标准工作曲线,在X射线荧光光谱仪上测定钼的含量。测量结果与钼酸铅重量法分析结果相符。

Abstract:Method for content determination of molybdenum in pressed powder pellet samples of molybdenum-iron by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was introduced. According to a certain quality ratio,the molybdenum-iron, microcrystalline cellulose and stearic acid were mixed uniformly. After fine grinding,the samples were prepared by using boric acid to trim lining. Common products were selected to draw calibration curve. The analysis results show that X-ray fluorescence spectrometry method is consistent with lead molybdate weight method.
