Quality control during the packaging of bottled beer

Packaging is the last procedure in bottled beer production.It is very important how to keep the stability of beer quality to the extent,improve the satisfaction of consumer,and enhance the competition of corporation.According to the filling equipment of 20,000 bottles/h,this paper brought up how to control factor affected the beer quality,and some common question in practical work during the raw material usage,bottle washing,filling,sterilization,labeling and other procedures.
