溶液共混制备ABS/PANI导电复合材料的研究

摘    要:采用溶液共混分散聚苯胺(PANI),并用凝固浴去除溶剂制备了电学性能优良的(丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯)共聚物(ABS)/PANI导电复合材料。研究了溶剂用量、温度、PANI含量等因素对PANI分散性及导电复合材料电导率的影响,比较了溶液共混与机械共混的分散效果。偏光显微镜观测结果表明,溶液共混具有很好的分散能力,PANI的分散效果依赖其溶解率;电导率测试分析得出PANI在ABS中的逾渗阈值约为0.5%。

Abstract:ABS/polyaniline (PANI) conducting composite with excellent electrical property is prepared by dispersing PANI in organic solvent system and then removing solvent in concreting bath. The effects of factors such as dosage of solvent, temperature and PANI content on the dispersion of PANI and conductivity of composite are studied separately. The dispersing abilities of solution blending and machine blending are compared. The results characterized by polarizing microscope show that PANI disperses uniformity in ABS resin by solution blending and the dispersion of PANI depends on the percent of solute. The results of conductivity testing show that the percolation thresholds of PANI in ABS resin is about 0.5 percent.
