摘    要:以白莲河抽水蓄能水电站为例,采用有限元程序A nsys对其机墩结构进行了三维有限元计算,对位移、应力及刚度进行了校核,以保证机组的安全稳定运行。计算结果表明,该机墩结构刚度基本满足设计要求。

Abstract:The support of electric generator is the main part withstanding great loads from generator sets(include hydromechanical loads and electrical loads and so on).At the same time,the support of electric generator along with floors,spiral case and draft tube etc builds up a complex three dimensional structure.Its boundary condition and stressing condition are very complicated.So the structure needs enough stiffness to bear dynamical loads.In combination with practice of Bailianhe pumped storage station,this paper presented a threedimensional finite element static analysis of the support of electric generator structure using the well-known FEA software ANSYS.The displacements,stresses and stiffness were analyzed to ensure the safe and steady generator operation.The computational results indicate that the stiffness of the structure is basically in accord with the design requirements.
