| 摘 要： | 文章通过分析岩石膨化硝铵炸药连续混药工序,对各种组分计量误差的要求,提出了用冲板流量计和失重配料秤等流量检测设备的随动配料系统,对该炸药连续混药工艺中各组分进行配料的方案.试验结果表明,该方案配料准确,产品性能良好.

| Abstract: | By analyzing the continualy mixing process for rock expanded ammonium nitrate explosive and the requirement of the component's determinate error at different conditions,in order to ensure the mixing proportion to meet with the process,the project was proposed in the paper.It is the servo mixture system using the flow measuring instruments such as impact weighted installation, weigh-loss mixture balance and so on. It is showed that mixture system is good for the precise mixture composition & product characteristics. |
