| 摘 要： | 基于"以用户为中心"的设计理念,提出信息系统的"流设计"理念。从用户体验要素出发,将信息系统设计分为五层,分别为战略层、范围层、结构层、框架层和表现层。将工作研究中的思想和工具,包括5W1H,ECRS和程序分析、操作分析、动作分析等应用于信息系统设计逐层,实现人机交互的"流状态"。
