摘    要:以某型发动机叶片为研究对象,设计了新的三头柔性进给的电解加工方式,对毛坯装夹角度和阴极进给方向进行优化选择,提出了叶盆、叶背采用不同进给角度进行加工的方式来提高叶片的加工精度,以实现全方位叶片电解加工。进行了叶片电解加工实验,结果表明该进给方式可兼顾叶身和缘板的精度要求,实现叶片的全方位电解加工。

Abstract:This paper presented a new flexible 3-electrode feeding method in ECM to machine the profile and platform of turbine blade.The feed directions of the cathodes and the blade fixture position in machining process were also optimized.The new feeding method,where the cathodes for producing the pressure side and suction side of blade feeded with different angles,was to enhance the accuracy of blade and process simultaneously the profile,platform,leading and trailing edge of blade.A rational optimization method was also used to reduce the calculation time greatly.The experimental investigations were carried out in order to evaluate the rationality of the feeding method.The result of the presented investigation is satisfactory to apply the feeding method to machine turbine blades.
