| 摘 要： | 以马钢新区2250热轧工程为分析实例,建立了马钢机电公司项目综合管理系统（PMIS）,实现从项目立项到竣工审计全部在网络平台上进行运作和监控,使公司的决策能够及时有效地指导施工,施工现场的信息得到有效的反馈,使施工管理的不稳定得到收敛。
